Luxury Travel Operations Specialist

Location: Remote(Work from home), Australia

Engagement: Part-time or independent contractor, approximately 0.8 FTE equivalent (negotiable)

Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience and engagement arrangement

Destinations by Serena Luxmoore is a luxury travel advisory specialising in exceptional, individually curated travel experiences.

Working with an international network of leading hotels, travel partners and suppliers, DBSL designs and manages personalised itineraries for a discerning clientele.

We are seeking an experienced travel professional to support our growing operations.

The Role

Working directly with Serena, you'll provide behind-the-scenes support across itinerary development, quoting and travel administration.

You'll work from established client briefs to research, build and prepare detailed travel proposals, coordinating the individual arrangements that make up each itinerary.

This is a non-client-facing role suited to someone with strong technical travel expertise and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare travel quotes and proposals from client briefs.
• Build complex international flight routings and multi-destination itineraries.
• Research and coordinate hotels, flights, transfers, experiences and additional arrangements.
• Liaise with hotels, travel partners and suppliers.
• Manage itinerary details, internal logistics and supporting documentation.
• Assist with general travel administration and operational tasks.

About You

Essential

• Proven travel industry experience.
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS.
• Strong international airfare and complex routing experience.
• Experience preparing detailed travel quotes and itineraries.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and ability to work independently.

Highly regarded

• Experience with VTO, Travefy and Safari Portal.
• Background in luxury or bespoke travel.
