Opportunity Snapshot

H2O Care Partners ("H2OCP") is one of the fastest-scaling home services platforms in the United States. Backed by Shore Capital Partners and guided by a world-class Board of Directors with deep expertise in water treatment, operations, and marketing, H2OCP is building a national network of leading residential and commercial water treatment and testing companies. Since its launch in April 2022, the company has completed more than 25 acquisitions and grown revenue fifty-fold.

Access to clean, safe drinking water is one of the most important quality-of-life issues facing American families today. Aging infrastructure, water contamination concerns, and increasing consumer awareness are driving unprecedented demand for trusted water treatment solutions. H2OCP is at the forefront of solving this challenge by partnering with entrepreneur-led water treatment businesses dedicated to improving the health, safety, and well-being of the communities they serve.

To help scale this platform, H2OCP is seeking a hands-on, analytically minded M&A Finance Integration Analyst. This role will lead key acquisition finance workstreams, support financial systems and reporting integration, and partner with corporate and local teams to onboard newly acquired businesses. This role will also support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while improving processes to support H2OCP’s continued acquisition growth.

Vision

Become America’s most trusted clean water partner with 5-star customer satisfaction by 2031.
