在这里，你不仅会构建高性能、可扩展的搜索与检索系统，还将直接参与搜索算法、排序模型、嵌入模型的设计与优化，将机器学习与工程实现深度结合，推动 AI 驱动搜索体验的极限。
岗位职责
1.设计并实现可扩展的 Agentic Retrieval 系统，实现对内部内容（会议、消息、文档、白板、视频等）的实时问答能力。
2.设计并实现智能搜索与检索解决方案，覆盖从数据摄取、索引、召回到排序、重排序、结果生成的完整链路。
3.构建高效的数据管道，支持多类型半结构化数据（会议、消息、文档、视频等）的处理，并实现细粒度权限控制。
4.研发与迭代搜索相关的机器学习模型（嵌入、语义召回、排序、重排序等），提升搜索相关性与答案质量。
5.与产品、设计和后端工程师协作，将搜索算法与产品功能深度结合，快速验证并上线搜索功能。
6.优化搜索系统的性能与稳定性，确保在真实生产环境下的高吞吐量、低延迟与高可用性。
7.关注用户体验，通过实验、A/B 测试和数据分析持续改进搜索质量与交互体验。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、机器学习、信息检索或相关专业背景优先。
2.4 年以上后端开发、搜索系统或机器学习工程经验，熟练掌握 Java / Python / Golang 之一。
3.具备机器学习或 NLP 应用经验，熟悉嵌入模型、语义搜索、排序模型等原理与实现。
4.熟悉数据管道、分布式系统及云原生工具（Docker、Kubernetes、AWS 等）。
5.具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能在跨学科团队中高效协作。
加分项
1.有搜索平台或大规模检索系统的开发与优化经验（如 Elasticsearch、OpenSearch、向量数据库等）。
2.有端到端搜索系统（算法 + 工程）落地经验。
3.有 LLM 应用、RAG 或 Agentic Retrieval 经验。
4.熟悉 A/B 测试、搜索指标（如 NDCG、MRR、CTR）及其优化方法。
5.有外企或跨国协作经验，具备良好的产品意识和用户导向思维。
