As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.

YOUR ROLE

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions from experimentation to production.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models that deliver business value.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to design and implement AI solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrations to embed ML models into operational systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD, model deployment, and continuous training pipelines.
• Apply MLOps and DevOps practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and observable ML solutions.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and prediction drift in production environments.
• Support model lifecycle management, including model versioning, retraining, and rollback strategies.
• Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and the adoption of innovative AI technologies across the organization.
• Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Work in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in Machine Learning and AI solution development.
• Good knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment and production operations.
• Experience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Hands-on experience with MLflow, model registries, model serving, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with API development, containerization technologies, and distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark.
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, and alerting practices.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms and data ecosystems such as Azure ML, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban).
