We are looking for a highly motivated
Machinery Engineer
to join our Engineering team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in an

Main duties and Responsibilities:
Define and specify technical requirements for rotating equipment and machinery (pumps, compressors, turbines, dosing systems, conveyors, cranes, etc.)
Conduct technical communication and negotiations with suppliers
Assess and evaluate supplier proposals from a technical perspective
Review and approve supplier technical documentation
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning
Contribute to the preparation of customer proposals and bids
Participate in project team meetings as well as meetings with suppliers and business partners
Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, procurement, etc.)
Collaborate closely with Casale SA in Switzerland
Potential to independently lead the mechanical scope of projects
Education
✅ University degree in mechanical engineering (preferably with a focus on rotating equipment, power engineering, or process engineering)
Languages
✅ Proficiency in English (technical communication)
✅ Fluent Czech is a must
Skills
✅ Ability to read and work with technical documentation and relevant standards
✅ Strong communication skills for dealing with suppliers and customers
✅ Experience in the field of rotating machinery is an advantage
✅ Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail
