Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to help manage maintenance requests, coordinate technicians, and keep work orders moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Receive and track maintenance requests

Schedule and coordinate technicians

Communicate with clients, tenants, and vendors

Follow up on open work orders

Update records and provide status updates

Requirements:

Strong communication and organization skills

Comfortable working remotely

Able to multitask and follow up consistently

Maintenance, property management, or dispatch experience is a plus
