Our client is looking for a driven, experienced professional to join their team as a Maintenance Support Specialist. As the main point of contact for resident service requests, you'll deliver exceptional customer service and support field-level property management.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for resident service requests in your assigned market, representing the Company professionally and courteously
- Receive, review, and coordinate resident service requests, working with maintenance providers to ensure work is completed on time and to company standards
- Engage with residents professionally and courteously while partnering effectively with internal team members
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate competence in every resident interaction, whether by phone, email, written correspondence, or in person
- Handle vendor management responsibilities, including answering vendor questions, setting clear expectations, and providing training in line with company protocols
- Manage your workload according to company standards, including meeting department-wide KPIs
- Monitor and respond to incoming email inquiries, providing timely, accurate replies or routing them appropriately
- Keep an organized, consistent filing system on the company shared drive in line with company procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned by department leadership
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least one year of prior experience in the single-family or multi-family rental industry
- Valid Driver's License required
- Dedicated to delivering an excellent customer and resident experience
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- High School Diploma or GED
- Works well with co-workers and team members both in person and through technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency, including comfort learning new technology; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of meeting goals and deadlines without compromising quality
Additional Information:
This role is based in our client's Dallas, TX office, with the option to work remotely one day per week. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime on evenings and weekends. All work is performed in a professional and safe manner and involves regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, reaching, and repetitive motion, as well as routine use of standard office equipment.
