Salary Range: $89,914.00 To $101,153.00 Annually Candidate must reside in southeastern US or be willing to relocate to southeastern US. However, it will still be a remote location. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT: Seed Company is committed to Bible translation through national translators in creative partnerships. Seed Company seeks to work where it is evident that God is working and where the uniqueness of its vision makes it most feasible for Seed Company to be involved. VISION: God’s Word transforming lives in every language in this generation. MISSION: To accelerate Scripture translation and impact for people without God’s Word through Great Commission partnerships. VALUES: Honoring God in all we do, valuing individuals and relationships, partnering effectively, encouraging creativity and innovation, and managing for quality results. SCOPE: Responsible for cultivating relationships with a portfolio of high-capacity individuals, organizations, and churches within a defined geographical region. The goal is to generate financial support for Seed Company projects, guided by established policies and organizational priorities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of 80-100 high-capacity Investors, including individuals, families, and businesses with a passion for Bible translation and its impact. Steward relationships with those able to commit to $20,000 or more annually. Identify and nurture advocates and ambassadors to champion the mission of Bible translation. Employ a consultative, ministry-centered approach to understand each Investor’s goals, interests, and challenges before presenting partnership opportunities. Achieve or exceed performance metrics, including contribution income, Investor retention/lift, proposal activity, new Investor acquisition, and other development benchmarks as defined by leadership. Encourage partners to leverage their personal and professional networks on behalf of Seed Company. Demonstrate excellence in communication to build trust and value with both internal teams and external partners. Re-engage lapsed donor relationships through intentional, strategic outreach. Prepare customized reports as requested by partners. Actively network to identify and cultivate new prospective donors. Accurately manage partner data through tools such as Salesforce, CORD, and DOMO. Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with Seed Company guidelines. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No supervision requirements. OTHER DUTIES: Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups as directed and maintain required level of knowledge pertaining to operating procedures, requirements, processes, and policies. Lead and or participate in projects or task force groups that focus on issues having organization-wide impact. Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed. WORK ENVIRONMENT : The role may be performed in a professional office or remote/home office setting and requires the regular use of standard office equipment such as laptops and smartphones. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The role requires the ability to speak, hear, sit, stand, walk, and operate a vehicle regularly. TRAVEL : Up to 50% travel is expected, limited to the assigned geographical region. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior; God-honoring lifestyle. Passion for the Word of God and provision of the Word for every people group. Championing Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent experience. CCNL or CFRE certification preferred. Requires five to seven years of experience in sales, development, or executive relationship management. Excellent communication skills, including active, empathic, and strategic listening. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high-capacity network in alignment with organizational goals. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
