## Context

THEMAL Capital is a private family investment vehicle built around «Doing well by doing good.»

We build generational wealth while backing ventures with a positive impact.

We have deployed over €1.5M (mostly in stocks) through automated transactions. Over the next 6–12 months, we plan to deploy another €400–500k and write a few €10–50k social investment tickets into early-stage startups.

Instead of hiring traditional analysts, we want to build AI systems that help us make better investment decisions.

## The Experiment

Just like any investment, we don't know upfront how this will turn out. So we are setting this up as a 6-month experiment (~20h/week, remote, €4k/month guaranteed):

1. Automated Investment Suggestions: You will build and operate AI pipelines that pull market, news, and startup data to filter, score, and surface concrete stock and social-startup opportunities.
2. Spin-Out Products: Where the tools, data pipelines, or agents we build for ourselves are useful to other investors or founders, we will package them into simple paid products — with a potential revenue share for you.

## Who Fits Best

• You ship and operate: You use AI coding tools and LLMs daily to take ideas from zero to working software, and you keep what you build running reliably in production.
• You keep things simple: You care about clean, working outputs—not over-engineered architectures or slide decks.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity: You enjoy taking an open-ended goal, figuring out what data and logic actually matter, and iterating fast based on real results.
