We are looking for a detail-oriented Managed Care Specialist to support eligibility reviews, case management, client communication, and legal administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

• Review individual and family eligibility for care programs.

• Communicate with clients and coordinate schedules.

• Conduct client interviews and collect case-related information.

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

• Assist attorneys with legal research and preparation of legal documents.

• Manage case information across multiple databases.

• Support meetings and administrative activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required.

• Paralegal or legal studies background preferred.

• Experience in a legal environment or case management is a plus.

• Customer service or call center experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
