  • Maintaining standardized MP intake, screening, and commercial evaluation workflows across the Bay Area and Americas regional delivery branches
  • Ensuring 100% data alignment in e-Builder across all regional portfolios
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to educate Project Executives and JLL Regional Delivery Leads on the strategic value, risk mitigation, and commercial guardrails of the Managed Principal turnkey framework

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Construction Economics
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, project management, cost estimating, or capital planning
  • Deep understanding of Managed Principal / Turnkey procurement models
  • Demonstrated experience in ROM cost modeling and commercial feasibility analysis
  • Proven ability to manage risk assessment and profit margin analysis on complex capital projects
  • Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to influence client Project Executives and internal commercial leaders
  • Experience operating across multi-regional portfolios with cross-functional stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in e-Builder project management software
  • Familiarity with master scheduling tools such as P6 or MS Project
  • Working knowledge of contractual frameworks related to Task Order issuance and Subguard bonding
  • Prior experience partnering directly with capital planning or infrastructure teams at a major client account
  • Background in pre-construction planning and early-stage project screening
  • Exposure to escrow prefunding structures and trade subcontract guardrails
