Management Accountant

Equifind have teamed up with successful analytics business in London, who are looking for some for a new management accountant to join the team.

This is a great opportunity to gain some MI experience and to join an exciting business that has substantial growth plans. The business has a real SME feel to it, so you’ll get lots of exposure.

You will be joining an exciting analytics company that has grown considerably over the last five years and has a proven senior team to learn from. You’ll gain first class training and support on the job while you continue your studies.

Some key duties and responsibilities for this management accountant position include:

• Prepare the monthly reports for multiple entities
• Completion and overview of balance sheet reconciliations
• Completion of payroll journals
• Working with the business to understand the P&L fluctuations and providing commentary on variances
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Support the budget process
• Manage the daily revenue and client KPI reporting
• Assist with the month end MI reporting which includes variance analysis
• Contribute to improving the financial processes & controls framework
• Ad hoc tasks as and when required

Experience & Qualifications

• A part qualified or finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum 3 years of experience
• Knowledge of reporting under UK GAAP
• Experience of working in the SaaS space would be beneficial
• Strong excel experience
• Used to working in a flexible and agile environment to meet deadlines

Salary

This exciting opportunity for an accountant will pay between £45k-£50k per annum, depending on your experience and background.

Ideally, this position will start within the next four weeks, so short notice periods only.

This role will predominantly be remote and you can pick & chose when you would like to go to the London office.
