As Management Assistant - PHB, you will support the Head of Sales, Planetary Health Biosolutions South Asia, by helping drive commercial priorities, market development activities, customer enablement programs, and strategic business initiatives.

The role & your impact

This is a commercial and business-enablement role combining project coordination, market access facilitation, stakeholder management, business insights, and leadership support.

You will help progress key initiatives across South Asia by bringing structure and visibility to priorities, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that important commercial and regulatory activities continue to move forward.

Your key responsibilities in this role

• Drive progress on customer-specific regulatory approval programs, including GM Yeast approval projects, in coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Technical, customer, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility of regulatory milestones, dependencies, and action plans, and support customer-facing documentation and communication for regulatory and market access initiatives.
• Support commercial teams with product launches, market activation programs, customer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, industry focus groups, trade associations, technical forums, and market development activities.
• Track key business initiatives and Leadership Team priorities against agreed deliverables, milestones, and objectives, highlighting risks, delays, and dependencies that could affect execution.
• Prepare presentations, executive summaries, business updates, briefing materials, and communication content, consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders into concise management reports.
• Provide analytical and organizational support for business reviews and leadership discussions, including communication of priorities, progress updates, and key business developments.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, business development, regulatory coordination, project management, or sales enablement.
• Experience working in a regulated B2B industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong business acumen, project coordination, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• A proactive, structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, adaptability, and professional discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
