About the Opportunity

micro1 is engaging experienced Management Consulting Experts to contribute to a high-impact customer project focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems.

Selected consultants will apply their expertise in executive communication, management consulting, PowerPoint presentation development, visual storytelling, and business analysis to reconstruct and enhance executive-level presentations. The work requires a strong understanding of how consulting professionals structure complex information, communicate insights, and create decision-oriented presentations for senior leadership.

Prior AI experience is not required. Professional expertise in management consulting and executive presentation development is the primary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Receive business slide images and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint with a high degree of professional accuracy.
• Improve the clarity, visual structure, data visualization, and storytelling impact of executive presentations.
• Create a detailed reasoning log for each assignment, documenting every slide modification and explaining elements that were intentionally left unchanged.
• Apply management consulting best practices, including:
• Message hierarchy
• Action-oriented titles
• Horizontal and vertical logic
• Exhibit selection
• Executive-level storytelling
• Edit and restructure written and visual slide content for coherence, clarity, and impact.
• Ensure presentations meet professional management consulting and executive communication standards.
• Balance presentation quality with methodological transparency and explainability.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and design decisions through clear written and verbal explanations.
• Apply consistent standards across presentation reconstruction and review assignments.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience at a major management consulting firm.
• Proven expertise developing, reviewing, and storylining executive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of executive communication and consulting presentation standards.
• Demonstrated experience with visual storytelling, content editing, and presentation reconstruction.
• Ability to explain and defend decisions involving:

• Visual communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience creating presentations for C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating executive presentation development, visual storytelling, and slide reconstruction.
• Experience with data visualization and communicating quantitative insights through presentations.
• Experience reviewing and improving consulting deliverables.
• Prior involvement in AI training, AI evaluation, or rubric development.
• Experience documenting professional reasoning and evaluation decisions.
