Minfy is a bionic organization i.e., we enable a symbiotic relationship between Deep Tech and Human Capabilities. You would be focusing on bringing this vision into reality, through the establishment of enablers and mechanisms to drive cultural transformation. In this role, you work on a variety of fast-paced projects spanning a variety of organizational functions including, Marketing, organizational competency & people readiness, Sales, Alliances, International Expansion, Risk Management, Incubation Teams etc. Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO, Founders and the Leadership team. The role offers both a big picture strategic view while gaining hands on experience in operational execution.
