Our Values Be transparent and honest Give more than you receive Look after one another Follow through A bit about you Consultant, Communicator, Coach, Change Leader We are looking for experienced Managers with confidence to operate across one or more of our capabilities: Customer Centricity, Empowering People, Exploiting Technology & Modern Implementation. With a strong consulting pedigree, you will bring creative problem solving skills, strong facilitation capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead change through coaching and challenging both mindset and ways of working. You will play a critical contributing role to the development of our consulting business through engagement delivery, client relationship building , and proposition development . As a Manager , you will have: 6-8 years consulting experience whether this in a big consulting firm or boutique consultancy or experience gained driving change within industry A strong track record of scoping and delivering consulting solutions and services Ability to create and review MSAs, Framework Agreements and Statements of Work Experience in leading consultant and client delivery teams on key engagements The ability to drive and execute complex business change and transformation programmes across the majority of a programme lifecycle, spanning areas such as operating model design, digital transformation, change management, agile ways of working, cognitive enterprise / artificial intelligence etc. Motivated, supported and developed junior team members, playing a role in supporting the career development of fellow colleagues Proven track record in commercial success, including playing a role in contributing to account growth and new business development activities Worked collaboratively with others to support each other and provide maximum value to our clients In addition to the above attributes, you will demonstrate : Excellent influencing/communication/facilitation skills at all levels Accountability for planning, delivery and demand management in multi- million pound transformation programmes The ability to brief consultants on the expectations of the client and lead them through their first week of onboarding for a seamless and productive experience both for them and the client A track record of effectively managing and collaborating with senior stakeholders Familiarity with technology practices, challenges, and trends, and how they influence business outcomes.
