The XiOps Leader is responsible for the day-to-day people management of Xilers (virtual assistants) working remotely, ensuring consistent attendance, productivity, and professional growth. This role also serves as a key operational partner to the XILO founders, supporting payroll coordination, recruitment, social media presence, and business decision-making.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝑷𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕

• Monitor and ensure attendance and productivity of all assigned Xilers working from home
• Conduct quarterly 1:1 coaching check-ins with all Xilers to review performance, address concerns, and support professional development
• Manage a team of approximately 30 Xilers (headcount subject to change or increase)
• Track and report on team performance metrics (upon client request) and flag issues proactively
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and escalation handling for Xilers' day-to-day concerns

𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 & 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕

• Coordinate closely with XILO founders on payroll notifications and related processes
• Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new Xilers
• Assist with social media posting and content coordination for XILO's online presence
• Contribute to business analysis and provide input on operational decision-making
• Collaborate with founders on process improvements and team-scaling initiatives

𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔

• Prior experience in people management, team leadership, or operations (VA/remote team experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a fully remote team and holding team members accountable
• Experience with recruitment, coaching, or performance management is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content coordination
• Analytical mindset with the ability to support data-informed business decisions
• Sales experience is a plus
