About this Position
- Manages contract manufacturing and traded goods (CMTG) capability to ensure quality products are supplied on time.
- Manages CMTG operations as expert of Process Engineer in dedicated supplier field.
- Manages and executes the Supplier Quality strategy and ensures that 3PM suppliers deliver high-quality products to Henkel. Performing the programs and activities to develop Henkel 3PM supplier base, reducing the supplier complaints and improving quality KPIs.
- Monitors compliance with social standards, SHEQ as well as stock taking and performance in line with legal and Henkel requirements.
What you´ll do
- Regularly review and evaluate 3PM compliance performance with support from relevant site compliance related professional.
- Collaborate and conduct 3PM audit in line with corporate standards and customer audit including SHE, Q, Social Standards, as per plan and follow up actions.
- Responsible for Supply Quality Development with various tools including FMEA, Control Plan, CtQ, etc.
- Responsible for key performance review of technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery and cost with monthly 3PM reports.
- Ensure solid Production Process performance in supplier side by using quality and technical tools.
- Ensure effective system available to protect Henkel IP technologies, business information and Henkel supplied materials.
- Execute and cascade MOB (make or buy) strategy.
- Manage 3PM complaints by Henkel's CCMS and SCMS. And follow MOC.
- Annual review and stocktaking for CMTG suppliers.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor of Chemical, Engineering, Business Administration.
- 5 Year+ experience.
- Continuous Improvement – Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, preferred.
- SHE & Quality management including Production Process and Quality Assurance.
- Inventory management.
