The Manager, Aftermarket is responsible for building and scaling a unified aftermarket business across the Massman Companies Business Units. This position will develop and implement the aftermarket strategy and commercial framework for Massman Companies in partnership with executive leadership and will drive adoption of that strategy through the business unit General Managers. The Manager, Aftermarket is a cross-functional, indirect-leadership role that will develop a repeatable commercial engine and drive its execution through influence, data, and disciplined execution.

Ideally qualified candidates will possess:

• High innovation capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to take multiple existing processes and build one consistent process
• Strong communication and consensus building aptitude
• Ability to lead through influence rather than authority
• 7 or more years of progressive responsibility within aftermarket, service, or product support. Strong preference to those with experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, and/or packaging
