Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Plant Manager Manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders Support internal communication within the factory and across departments Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Support tracking key projects Assist in monitoring operational performance metrics and reporting Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Liaise with other departments such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production Support visits, audits, management reviews, and plant reviews Assist in organizing events, workshops, and leadership meetings University Degree in the field of Socical studies/Economy Min. 3 years relevant experience More than 2 years experience at intercultural environment is required Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge is a must High level MS Office user knowledge Good communication skills 2-year fixed-term contract
