Manager, Brokerage Operations (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Brokerage Operations to lead a team of professionals across processing and case management functions. This role oversees a team of team leads/associates and is responsible for daily workflow planning, resource management, escalations, operational quality, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a brokerage operations team through three Team Leads.
• Manage daily workload, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Drive improvements in case quality, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Partner with leadership to improve team performance and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Active Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 licenses with a clean regulatory record.
• 5+ years of brokerage operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within brokerage operations.
• Strong knowledge of brokerage processing, case management, and operational workflows.
• Experience managing escalations and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation

• $86k-$87k
• 12% annual bonus

Schedule & Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule:
  • Remote: Monday & Friday
  • Onsite: Tuesday-Thursday
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• First 30 days fully onsite for onboarding and training

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $86000.00 - $88000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
