Job Summary

Do you excel at turning complex data into clear business strategies? Spectrum is looking for a Manager, Business Planning to lead a team in delivering integrated financial and operational analysis. You will oversee data-driven reporting, guide business planning efforts and drive the execution of key financial initiatives, ensuring your work shapes organizational success.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

Responsibilities

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead, coach and support a team of Business Planning Analysts to foster professional growth and accountability
• Oversee budget and forecast functions, develop financial models and deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis
• Serve as a liaison to ensure effective monthly financial reporting and accurate forecasting for departmental budgets
• Provide oversight of complex data management, presenting solutions and insights to department leadership
• Direct analysis of costs and metrics to support informed decision-making
• Assign projects, review team performance and manage continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure business rules and departmental processes are documented, implemented and executed as designed

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of accounting, business planning or finance
