The Manager, Business Solutions – Supply Chain is responsible for leading a team of business analysts, with informal leadership of the managed service provider resources that support and continuously enhance the company's Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Network Optimization capabilities. This role is accountable for the overall health, stability, performance, and strategic roadmap of the Forecast-to-Plan capability.
The position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that planning solutions effectively support business objectives while driving process standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Base Salary: Atlanta/Tampa - $126,365-$154,261
Stamford, CT - $151,638-$185,113.20. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
Location: (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days work from home) from either Stamford, CT, Atlanta, GA, or Tampa, FL

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts and application professionals.
- Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload across support, enhancement, and project activities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service.
FTP Product Ownership & Strategy
- Business technology leader for the entire Forecast-to-Plan capability.
- Own the technology roadmap for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Network Optimization, and S&OP applications.
- Ensure system stability, availability, performance, and compliance with company standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand solution capabilities through new technologies, process improvements, and business-driven enhancements.
- Remain current with new SAP IBP functionality, frequently delivering new efficiencies with improved quality. Ensure Primo Brands is leveraging everything licensed that brings value.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and software solutions that may improve planning effectiveness and supply chain performance.
- Prioritize enhancements, projects, process improvements, and technical investments through steering team meetings with key business stakeholders.
- Own product vision, backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, and scope sequencing based on business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
- Partner with delivery teams through design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption to ensure measurable business outcomes.
Business Engagement
- Partner closely with supply chain leaders, planners, and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and strategic priorities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and prioritization of enhancement requests.
- Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Project & Portfolio Management
- Lead application-related projects from concept through deployment and stabilization.
- Manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while balancing operational support needs.
- Own the quality and integrity of planning data, integrations, and technical controls across source systems and planning platforms.
- Collaborate with data, integration, architecture, security, and operations teams to establish standards, data quality metrics, interface monitoring, role design, release controls, and production support requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive process optimization across forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning, and network design processes.
- Champion best practices and standardization across planning functions.
- Measure and report key performance indicators related to system performance, user adoption, and business outcomes.
Vendor & Solution Management
- Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and consulting firms.
- Participate in contract reviews, solution evaluations, and strategic planning activities.
- Ensure vendor-supported solutions align with organizational objectives and technology strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience supporting Supply Chain Planning applications.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing application portfolios.
- Strong experience with SAP IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and/or Response & Supply), APO, or comparable planning solutions.
- Experience with Network Optimization and supply chain modeling tools preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
