Manager - Clinical Training

As part of the Clinical Science team, you will support internal and external training activities, clinical quality initiatives, and operational processes to ensure clinicians are appropriately trained, calibrated, and supported across studies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with Clinical Science and Clinician Management teams to develop, coordinate, and maintain clinician training and calibration programs, including training materials, plans, exercises, schedules, and documentation.
• Assign, track, and document clinician training and calibration activities to ensure completion within required timelines and study onboarding requirements.
• Monitor clinician performance across studies and clinical scales to ensure clinical quality standards are met, identify performance or training gaps, and support resolution of clinical quality issues.
• Lead group training sessions, team meetings, calibration activities, and supplemental training as needed.
• Provide clinical consultation and constructive feedback to Clario clinicians and site raters regarding clinical performance.
• Partner with Clinical Scientists, Clinician Management, and Directors to prioritize training needs and provide recommendations regarding clinician performance and study resourcing.
• Develop and implement processes, work instructions, process guidelines, and SOPs related to training, calibration, and clinical quality.
• Oversee Training & Calibration (T&C) plan requirements and develop metrics to monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Manage clinical documentation processes to ensure compliance with GCP requirements.
• Partner with management to ensure operational activities are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time.
• Proactively communicate clinical quality concerns and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Work flexible hours as needed to support teams and activities across different time zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Look For

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience diagnosing and/or treating patients with psychiatric disorders, neurocognitive disorders, and/or other study-relevant indications preferred.
• 3+ years of training experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience administering clinical scales in a research setting preferred.
• Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to identify and address clinical quality or performance issues.
• Demonstrated leadership and training/facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against established objectives and timelines.
• Fluent in English required; bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours across different time zones.
