As Manager of Continuous Improvement, you are responsible for leading continuous improvement programs, WMS administration and systems training. You champion a culture of continuous improvement through lean methodologies, creative thinking, and respect for others. Your extensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes and strong emphasis on data collection, analytics and cost savings help you make an impact. You inspire, guide, and facilitate a continuous learning culture in our Supply Chain and by doing so, you have a positive impact on our teams’ capabilities to grow baby grow.

- Make It Better: Your commitment to continuous improvement has been central to the success of our Supply Chain as we’ve experienced hyper-growth while establishing ourselves in a new building with new tools to get the work done. You’ve identified new opportunities to optimize processes and leveraged root cause analysis. These findings are turned into action aimed at eliminating waste and improving product and process flow and done using change management best practices. Your influence inspires front line team members and business owners alike to embrace a continuous improvement mindset. Your collaboration with different parts of the business sets the stage for a culture of ongoing operational excellence.
- People/Team Developer: You embody a “people-first” approach and drive team engagement by fostering open communication, recognizing achievements, and creating an environment where every team member feels valued. You set clear standards of excellence, measure performance, and engage in honest, supportive conversations to address gaps. By fostering an environment where learning and self-improvement are embedded in the team’s culture, team members are empowered to take ownership of their personal growth and contribute to the overall success of the operation. Your ability to foster a fun and engaging work environment remains a cornerstone of your approach. - Training Ownership: You continue shaping the future of our teams by designing and expanding the training curriculum to align with the evolving needs of the Supply Chain. Your philosophy around training methods is reflected in the Systems Trainer approach which result in enhanced team engagement and performance, optimized operational efficiency, and adoption of continuous improvement. By partnering closely with leaders at all levels, you’ve helped to build ways to identify skill gaps, helped in developing targeted programs, and supported operators in utilizing Lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Through your efforts, team members feel confident that they are contributing to measurable improvements in quality, safety, and throughput.
- Maestro of Projects: No project is too big or small for you to get excited about. The training programs you’ve facilitated for various CI Kaizen events helped us get organized with strategic initiative workstreams and helped to make Torani a better place. You’ve utilized process and value stream mapping to help center business leaders and key stakeholders to play a major role in the success of your projects. From conception through execution, your organizational skills keep everything moving at the right pace.

What You’ll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in process optimization, operations or business management within manufacturing, supply chain or service environments.
- 3 to 5 years of People management experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple business and technology assignments concurrently within a changing environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence through motivation and coaching.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, with advanced Excel skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Work Location: San Leandro, Hybrid, 4+ days on site and option for 1 day work from home.
Salary Range: $145,158 - $161,287
