How you’ll make an impact
Leverage your expertise in credit portfolio risk management, risk measurement, reporting and analytics to lead a team responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring and reporting on the health, performance and risks of FCC’s lending portfolio.
As a Manager, Credit Portfolio Management, you’ll provide insights, data and analytics to senior leaders and committees to support informed decision-making. You’ll lead reporting processes, interpret portfolio trends, support risk mitigation activities and communicate meaningful insights about loan portfolio health.

What you’ll do
- Lead the preparation and distribution of portfolio management reports for senior leaders and the Board of Directors
- Measure and report against risk appetite, policy limits and operational thresholds, providing interpretation and guidance on portfolio health
- Provide insights, data and analytics to senior leaders and committees to support decision-making
- Lead research and analysis on internal and external credit portfolio management issues and trends, including developments in the agriculture and food industry
- Support the use of risk mitigation tools through process management, monitoring, reporting and due diligence activities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics or a related discipline
- Minimum seven years of experience in credit portfolio management, risk management, portfolio analysis or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Extensive knowledge of loan portfolio management reporting and analysis techniques, loan and lease products and policies, and reporting systems
- Proven expertise in risk measurement processes, including allowance for credit losses, capital measurement and stress testing
- Demonstrated proficiency with data, analytics and reporting concepts, principles and systems
- Strong understanding of agriculture finance, the agriculture industry and the broader economic and legislative environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional designation such as CFA, CA or CPA
- Experience in agriculture, business economics or finance
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
