• Consult leadership on organizational data strategies while leading a team to build predictive, prescriptive, and inferential models that drive business decisions.
• Oversee the implementation of departmental goals, metrics, and improvement plans to optimize efficiency, sustainability, and service offerings.
• Direct the preparation of comprehensive reports and communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage full lifecycle staffing operations, including hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
