At JBT Marel, you'll lead our Data Management team and drive the Master Data Management and Data Migration capabilities that underpin our enterprise transformation. As Manager of Data Management in our Data & Analytics domain, you'll establish governance and stewardship that make data a reliable asset across the business. 🧠 Key Responsibilities You'll lead the Master Data Center of Excellence and the Data Migration team, partnering with transformation programs, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to raise the quality and governance of master data across a global, remote-first organization. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Governance, or related disciplines Prior leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration practices Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English Experience with enterprise data platforms and governance processes Experience with automation or AI-enabled data management capabilities is an advantage 🌟 Who Are We?
