Operations Manager, Global Talent Mobility – Remote Canada Primary Function The Operations Manager leads the Canadian business unit, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and achievement of client and business objectives. Partnering with the Director, this role drives team performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth while serving as a subject matter expert on Canadian mobility practices and regulations. Major Duties and Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead daily operations to achieve service, client, and business goals. Manage staffing and resources to ensure service coverage and productivity. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements. Analyze operational and financial results, identifying opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Client and Business Partnership Partner with Account Management, Sales, and cross-functional teams to meet client commitments and deliver exceptional service. Support client implementations, account transitions, and operational onboarding activities. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, presentations, and solution design. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, resolving issues and identifying improvement opportunities. Provide expertise on Canadian mobility, real estate, tax, and regulatory requirements. People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Manage performance, support employee development, and enhance engagement. Partner with leadership to build organizational capability and succession readiness. Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering operational results. Strong analytical, relationship management, and process improvement skills.
