Job Title: Manager, eComm Merchandising

Reports To: Director of Ecommerce

Role Summary

The Manager, eComm Merchandising will be an integral part of the Trulieve eCommerce Marketing department, reporting to the Director of Ecommerce. This role will focus on leading the team that owns product information management (PIM), promotional execution, and pricing accuracy for the Trulieve website and mobile app across assigned markets. The Manager sets the standards for how product, price, and promotion data reaches customers, and leads, coaches, and develops a team of eCommerce Marketing Specialists and a Video Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Own product information management (PIM) governance for the Trulieve website and mobile app, ensuring product descriptions, imagery, attributes, and categorization are accurate, complete, and compliant before and after launch.
  • Direct promotional execution by ensuring offers, discounts, and Trulieve Rewards promotions are built, activated, and ended on schedule in line with the marketing promo calendar and state-level requirements.
  • Oversee pricing management and accuracy across states and stores, partnering with Pricing, IT, Retail, and Marketing to resolve discrepancies quickly and prevent repeat issues.
  • Set audit standards and quality checkpoints for product, price, and promotional accuracy; track issues to resolution and report on accuracy trends and risks.
  • Prioritize and direct video and animation support for product, promotional, and launch content in partnership with Creative and Content teams.
  • Partner with Web Content, Creative, CRM, Merchandising, IT, and Retail Marketing to ensure new products, brand launches, and store openings are launch-ready on site and app, and manage day-to-day needs with external vendors.

People Leadership & Team Dynamics

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of eCommerce Marketing Specialists, a Senior Specialist, and a Video Specialist by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting career growth.
  • Own the team's priorities, workload, and capacity; assign work by market and function, balance competing demands, and keep the team focused on the highest-impact work.
  • Build a collaborative, accountable team culture where specialists share knowledge, cross-train across PIM, promotions, and pricing, and back each other up during launches, promotional peaks, and weekends.
  • Manage the full people-leader cycle, including hiring and onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, recognition, and addressing performance concerns.
  • Establish repeatable workflows and documentation, including intake through Monday.com, approvals, and handoffs, so the team works consistently and requests are tracked rather than handled ad hoc.
  • Represent the team to the Director and cross-functional leaders; communicate priorities, status, risks, and wins; and remove roadblocks for team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, product information management, or promotional pricing, including 2+ years leading or supervising people.
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team, manage performance, and build a collaborative team culture.
  • Required: Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms and promotional pricing workflows; familiarity with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and SAP Omni Channel Promotional Pricing Service (OPPS).
  • Required: Strong project and workflow management skills, with the ability to prioritize across markets and manage multiple time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience in retail, CPG, healthcare, cannabis, or other highly regulated industries, including managing marketing compliance requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience managing remote or multi-state teams and external vendors; familiarity with loyalty or rewards programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to monitor accuracy and report trends to leadership.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility of hours – some nights and weekends required.
