What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Manager, Finance - Operations to join our team!
The Manager, Finance - Operations leads the day-to-day operations of an assigned finance unit and is accountable for execution of financial processes and team performance. The role directs planning, reporting, and control activities and coordinates cross-functional efforts to support accurate, timely financial operations and compliance.
On a typical day, you might:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Finance unit and supervise staff responsible for financial processes.
- Lead execution of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance and identify risks, variances, and areas requiring corrective action compared to budgets and forecasts.
- Manage performance, development, and accountability of assigned team members.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in a Business field and three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR
- Bachelor's degree in a Business field and one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within North Carolina.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred:
- Experience with claims payments and/or purchasing
- Experience with D365 Financial System and/or Conduent Meditract system
- Supervision of two (2) or more employees
