This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Manager of Global Equity Programs, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Global Equity team reporting to the Director of Global Equity Programs, you will support projects including related to the Company's Long-term Incentive Program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and other global equity compensation items.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Manage targeted equity projects that reflect Hilton's global footprint, with a focus on enhancing equity offerings for Team Members through benchmarking, market research, and strategic analysis.
- Partner with Human Resource leaders across regions to evaluate and improve Team Member experiences, streamline equity-related processes, and strengthen communication strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership, offering actionable insights into equity program performance and the status of ongoing initiatives.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Participate in recurring meetings with external equity service providers, including the Company's designated equity administration provider
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with regional Human Resources leaders to ensure appropriate dissemination of equity-related information across all geographies.
- Collaborate with the Executive Compensation team through recurring meetings to support ongoing initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Drive the strategic enhancement and operational consistency of long-term incentive offerings across international markets, ensuring streamlined execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and coordinate comprehensive educational materials tailored for hotel owners, team members, and other key stakeholders to promote understanding and effective utilization of long-term incentive programs.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of work experience in Human Resources or Finance
- You are proficient in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
