We are looking for an experienced Manager, HR Platform Partnerships to manage strategic relationships with HR technology platforms, benefits administration providers, and payroll partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR technology, employee benefits, partnership management, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with HR technology vendors and benefits administration platforms.

• Manage partnerships with platforms such as Workday, ADP, and UKG.

• Oversee HR system and benefits integration activities.

• Coordinate with IT, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth data exchange.

• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations.

• Monitor partnership performance, KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, benefits administration, or partnership management.

• Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, and HRIS systems.

• Experience with at least one major HR platform such as Workday, ADP, or UKG.

• Knowledge of API integrations and data exchange.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA compliance.

Preferred: Master's degree and experience managing cross-functional teams.
