  • Serve as a regional point of contact for local labor, regulatory, compliance, union, works council, and employee representation matters, partnering with Legal and People Relations as needed.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits escalations, employee communications, local benefits activities, vendor-related issues, and new-hire benefits onboarding.
  • Partner with Functional HRBPs on performance and talent calibration follow-up, engagement action planning, and workforce action execution.
  • Provide HR support to assigned company-owned retail locations, including performance management, employee relations, and manager guidance.
  • Manage employee and manager cases through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution, appropriate escalation, accurate documentation, and alignment with established SLAs.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and ensure effective escalation to Functional HRBPs, People Relations, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other COEs when required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, HR certification is a plus. And 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience, including manager coaching, employee relations case management, and workforce action execution in a multi-country environment.
  • Experience navigating local labor laws, works of councils, unions, or statutory employee representation across Americas markets.
  • Experience partnering with Benefits, Payroll, and vendors, with familiarity interpreting benefits of KPIs and related reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and case-management platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow, combined with strong judgment, documentation discipline, and discretion when handling confidential information.
