Job Overview:

Platinum Rye Entertainment (PRE) has an immediate opening for a Manager, Influencer in our Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or Los Angeles, CA office (hybrid). We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has a passion for creator culture and is adept at the basics of contracting. Your focus will be on our influencer expertise - and will include contract drafting and negotiation, client management, critical thinking, and entertainment and legal know-how.

Day to day, you will support the end-to-end execution of highly visible paid influencer campaigns, sourcing creators, structuring and negotiating deals, and shepherding programs from brief through wrap.

The role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple active deals at once in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility in when and how you work. You'll be part of a larger team within PRE where collaboration and being a team player is key.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend digital-first talent suggestions (including pricing) for creators, entertainers, musicians, subject matter experts, and more to support client marketing objectives
  • Develop influencer strategy for optimal performance and execute influencer partnerships from start to finish with creative development, influencer casting, contract negotiation, influencer briefings, deliverable management, content review/approvals, and program measurement.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements in coordination with team members, talent representation, internal/external legal counsel, and clients
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact - managing day-to-day communication and keeping programs on strategy, on budget, and on schedule
  • Facilitate and coordinate various detail-oriented talent needs while prioritizing and managing a high volume of work
  • Build and manage relationships with a variety of key industry contacts including talent agents, managers, publicists
  • Determine key performance indicators for influencer programs and analyze metrics to understand success of campaigns
  • Stay informed on social media news including platform updates/capabilities, new emerging platforms, and how top creators are showing up
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external account, PR, and creative teams providing the expert POV on influencer partnerships
  • Mobilize and motivate internal and external teams to bring client objectives to life while ensuring collaboration, communication, trust, efficiency and quality of the work
  • Assist across the team (including senior leadership) with reporting, finance, vendor set-up, deck building, and other external or internal organizational tasks
  • Interact with project leads and other key internal/external players to develop and maintain project timelines, status documents and budget trackers
  • Gain understanding of client business needs, policies, brand tones, and talent archetypes
  • Coordinate and track payments including paperwork (talent, SAG, vendors, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support for team as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant agency experience
  • Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL or Los Angeles, CA based (hybrid)
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications or related field experience and a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing
  • Dedicated work ethic and displays a thorough attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to deliver on schedule, on brand, and on budget
  • Passion and familiarity with the entertainment and creator marketplaces
  • Knowledge of the social media space, including best practices for content development and management of social platform ins and outs
  • Experience with influencer platform tools (i.e. CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Sprout Social, etc,)
  • Working knowledge of FTC compliance policies for influencer posts
  • Outgoing individual with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Ability to work independently, while being supportive of the established structure and open to direction, guidance
  • Ability to identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Ability to work proactively in critical situations
  • Highly adaptable and willing to shift priorities to meet team needs
  • Resilient, proactive go-getter with a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment - be a true team player, with a desire to grow within a department and take on increased responsibilities over time
