About the Role:
As our Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will turn our positioning and business goals into coordinated campaigns that run across channels and reach the right accounts with one consistent story. You will own the plan, the message, and the results, and bring together demand generation, content, paid media, ABM, events, and product marketing so they work as one program instead of separate efforts. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and you will do hands-on work where it matters while directing agencies, freelancers, and teammates on the rest.
How Success Is Measured:
- Pipeline from new-logo targets.
- On-time execution of launches and campaigns, with consistent messaging across channels.
- Conversion from lead to meeting to opportunity by campaign.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Campaign plan and execution: Build and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns from brief to launch to results, with clear audiences, messaging, channel mix, budget, timeline, and success metrics.
- Messaging: Translate product and market positioning into campaign narratives, buyer-persona messaging, and launch plans, and keep the story consistent across every touchpoint.
- Product launches: Lead go-to-market for platform releases and new service offerings, coordinating Product, Sales, and Customer Success on timing, enablement, and announcements.
- Demand generation and paid: Execute the email, webinar, partner, and paid programs (LinkedIn, Google, and others) that support each campaign, and optimize them against pipeline, not just clicks.
- Content: Build the content that powers campaigns, including thought leadership, case studies, customer stories, web copy, and sales enablement, writing and editing as needed.
- Account-based marketing: Partner with Sales to run ABM plays for named accounts, connecting advertising, outreach, content, and events.
- Events and community: Align field events, roundtables, and sponsorships to campaign themes, with pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up.
- Measurement: Use HubSpot reporting to track attribution and funnel conversion by campaign, share results with leadership, and reallocate effort based on what works.
Location:
This role is based out of our office in the Designer’s Guild building in the heart of Minneapolis' North Loop neighborhood. We embrace a hybrid model with 2 in-office days per week to ensure a mix of collaboration and flexibility to support our employees' success.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, martech, or technology-enabled services, including execution of multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong writing and messaging skills, with sound judgment when speaking to senior, non-technical business buyers.
- Working knowledge of demand generation, paid media, content, and ABM, with depth in at least two.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platform (HubSpot preferred).
- Comfort with data: you can build a report, interpret funnel metrics, and explain what to do next.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience marketing to enterprise retail, e-commerce, travel, or hospitality brands.
- Background in loyalty, CRM, customer experience, or marketing technology.
- Experience with product launches and ABM.
- Experience managing event sponsorships.
Please note that the company does not offer sponsorship of employment visas for this role (e.g., H1B, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, unrestricted basis.
What we Offer:
We value our employees and demonstrate this through our comprehensive benefits offering including medical/dental/vision coverage, comprehensive paid time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, retirement savings plans, and more.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is estimated to be: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
