- Lead end-to-end product-security incident response and investigations for assigned launches, including leaks, vulnerabilities, and other product-related incidents; coordinate response and lessons learned with relevant teams.
- Assess risks and strengthen security operations using sound risk-management, physical-security, and security-management practices; partner with specialist teams to identify, protect against, and prevent insider threats.
- Learn and account for complex manufacturing and supply-chain processes and tailor protection measures to real-world operating conditions.
Investigations, intelligence & incident response
Oversee global investigations, including investigations of major company-policy violations and highly sensitive internal inquiries involving executives or Corporate Security & Fire personnel; personally lead matters when warranted.
Triage information from global tip-line calls and other sources to determine whether investigation or escalation is appropriate; oversee Usual and Unusual Event investigation, reporting, and maintenance of a worldwide event database.
Oversee global intelligence operations and maintain appropriate liaison with federal, state, and local law enforcement partners.
Respond to behavioral incidents as required and coordinate security responses for sensitive workforce events, including armed responses for layoffs and terminations in the Dearborn area, consistent with policy and applicable law.
Use sound interviewing, analytical, and decision-making practices; appropriately leverage people, technology, information, and tactics to minimize risk and protect the company’s reputation.
You’ll have
