Job Description This role will serve as the Latin America Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and regional lead, acting as the primary point of contact for all I2C‑related matters across the region. The position will support end‑to‑end I2C processes, with a strong focus on automation, operational efficiency, stakeholder training, and management, while also identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities. The role will partner closely with the Juárez LATAM Genpact team, maintain a dotted‑line relationship with the I2C Americas RPO, and report directly to the Head of Bill‑to‑Cash, Americas. Given its scope and impact, this is a high‑visibility role that plays a critical part in enabling scalable operations, consistency, and strong business partnership across the Latin America region. This role will be the regional I2C lead and primary point of contact for Latin America, partnering closely with teams across Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving automation, process excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region. We're seeking a leader who: Brings strong I2C/Order-to-Cash expertise. Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Has a track record of driving transformation and process improvement. Can build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. Is passionate about developing solutions, improving customer outcomes, and delivering operational excellence. Requirements 7+ years of experience in complex global organizations. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts.
