Location: UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya (Walkable to LRT Subang Jaya)
Type: Full-Time | Senior Management Role
Salary: RM5,000 – RM10,000

🎯 VISION FOR THE ROLE
This is a pivotal technical leadership and execution role bridging business strategy with day-to-day operations and modern AI enablement.
As IT Operations Manager, you will not only own SuamiSihat’s tech infrastructure and automated workflows, but also champion our internal AI transformation. You will lead practical AI implementation across departments, train non-technical teams to leverage AI tools daily, and maintain robust, scalable systems. Working directly with executive leadership, you will translate strategic business goals into high-efficiency operational workflows and build an AI-first workforce.
You will start by managing one IT Support personnel under you, with full autonomy to mentor, upskill, and expand the technical operations team as we grow.
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. App & Product Delivery Management
Oversee the technical operations and maintenance of SuamiSihat’s mobile and web platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
2. System Engineering & Workflow Automation
Design, build, and maintain internal tools, automated workflows, and system integrations (via Make.com, n8n, Zapier, etc.) to streamline day-to-day operations, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and elevate cross-departmental productivity.
3. AI Systems & Operational Agent Development
Architect, deploy, and maintain functional AI agents using LangChain, OpenAI, and RAG architectures; implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) workflows; and configure intelligent automations for customer support, internal knowledge retrieval, and CRM pipelines.
4. AI Leadership & Company-Wide Implementation
Lead the organization’s AI transformation roadmap. Identify practical AI opportunities across Marketing, Sales, Clinic Operations, and Customer Support, moving AI initiatives from experimental concepts into production-grade daily operations.
5. Internal Team Training & AI Enablement
Champion an "AI-first" internal culture. Design and conduct hands-on training sessions, prompt engineering workshops, and best-practice playbooks for internal teams to adopt AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, specialized agents) effectively and safely.
6. Infrastructure, Security & Cost Optimization
Audit digital tools, cloud environments, and SaaS subscriptions. Establish lean, secure, and cost-efficient tech stacks, enforce data security standards, and monitor system performance and uptime.
7. Technical Operations Alignment & Planning
Align technology initiatives directly with operational milestones and business targets — collaborating closely with the CEO and department heads to support revenue growth and system scalability.
8. Data Dashboards & Operational Visibility
Build, standardize, and maintain real-time operational and analytics dashboards across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Clinical units to provide unified visibility and enable rapid, data-informed decisions.
✅ YOU’LL FIT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- 5–8+ years of proven experience in IT operations, systems engineering, software delivery, or technical leadership
- Demonstrated leadership in driving AI adoption, conducting team training/workshops, and implementing AI-driven processes across non-technical departments
- Direct experience building and deploying AI agent workflows (LangChain, OpenAI API, token management, MCP, RAG architectures)
- High comfort level with modern AI development environments (Cursor AI, Copilot, rapid prompt-to-code workflows)
- Strong hands-on competence in React Native, Laravel, MySQL, and AWS cloud management
- Deep practical experience with enterprise workflow automation platforms (Boostspace, Make.com, n8n, Zapier)
- Strong operational & coaching mindset: patient in upskilling teams, and able to translate high-level business goals into practical technical systems alongside the CEO
- Background in fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or healthtech environments is an added advantage
