With over 100 years of global leadership, Hilton is the fastest-growing international hotel company, powered by our award-winning brands, extensive hotel network, and rapidly growing loyalty program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class Marketing & Loyalty team that creates relationships with the world’s travelers so that they get to know, love, prefer, and choose Hilton for more of their travel occasions.

Based in Hilton’s Singapore Area Office, the Marketing & eCommerce Consulting (MECC) team drives commercial performance by enabling hotel and cluster teams with Marketing best practices and guidance through engagement, empowerment and consulting support. The candidate will be a part of a performance-driven team, focusing on working with property teams to leverage Hilton Marketing Engine, systems and processes effectively.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

You will play a critical role in accelerating the successful launch of key new hotels open across Asia Pacific (APAC) by providing hands-on marketing advisory and execution support during the pre-opening and opening phases. In parallel, you will help elevate how the organisation scales new hotel openings by contributing to enterprise initiatives that simplify, automate, and standardise processes – enabling teams and hotels to onboard, launch, and go to market faster and more efficiently.

What your day-to-day will be like:

As Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting – APAC, you will be responsible for supporting new hotel openings across Asia Pacific, each at different stages of the pre-opening lifecycle:

  • Lead Marketing & eCommerce consulting for new hotel openings and transitions across Asia Pacific excluding Greater China & Mongolia (APACx), acting as a subject matter expert and guiding multiple hotels concurrently through different stages of the pre-opening and transition lifecycle

  • Consult hotels’ positioning and go-to-market strategy, aligning brand positioning, destination insights and commercial objectives to shape differentiated propositions and integrated marketing plans across pre-opening, opening and post-opening

  • Drive digital and distribution readiness by ensuring hotels are accurately and effectively represented across Hilton-owned channels and key third-party platforms, including OTAs, to maximise visibility and commercial opportunities from launch

  • Guide launch marketing execution and opening readiness, including photography, customer-facing campaign assets and on-property collateral, ensuring brand compliance, message clarity, quality and alignment with marketing and commercial objectives

  • Lead end-to-end digital campaign consulting for new hotel openings, guiding hotels on campaign strategy, partnering with Media and agency teams on media planning and activation, translating campaign performance and learnings into optimisation and future investment recommendations

  • Provide proactive and reactive performance consulting, using performance insights to identify opportunities, guide hotel teams toward relevant marketing programs and resources, and support post-opening commercial ramp-up

  • Manage opening timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder inputs, exercising sound judgment to resolve issues independently where appropriate and escalate risks early to keep hotel launches and projects on track

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with regional Commercial, Brand, Operations and other key stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies and ensure coordinated support for hotel openings

  • Develop tools, resources and training that strengthen hotel Marketing & eCommerce capabilities and enable teams to execute effectively throughout the opening journey

  • Drive continuous improvement and scalability by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work, and develop or pilot frameworks, templates, tools and programmes that improve the consistency, quality and efficiency of opening support at scale

  • Partner across APAC, Americas and EMEA on enterprise initiatives, representing APAC requirements and contributing to the development and optimisation of global Marketing & eCommerce tools, programmes and roadmaps

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to hotel teams, guiding them through key decisions while respecting local market nuances

  • Work closely with hotel and regional commercial, marketing, and leadership teams to understand objectives and priorities

  • Translate brand and regional guidelines into practical, actionable recommendations for hotels

  • Provide clear, structured feedback and recommendations, helping hotels move forward confidently and efficiently

  • Serve as a bridge between hotels and regional/enterprise teams, ensuring alignment and reducing friction during the opening journey

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

  • End-to-end marketing support for assigned new hotel openings, from early planning through launch

  • Quality assurance of marketing deliverables, including positioning narratives, photography, and launch materials

  • Selected enterprise initiatives aimed at improving speed, efficiency, and scalability of new hotel onboarding and opening processes

  • Develop documentation, playbooks, or tools that enable consistency and knowledge-sharing across the region

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in content strategy, marketing, communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others at all levels in a matrixed environment, working across teams to move projects forward

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage details and deliverables, anticipate potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to keep activities on track

  • Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline-driven projects

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets at regional hotel level, including web analytics

  • Strong judgment and proactive risk management, including the ability to identify issues early, determine when escalation is needed, and engage the right stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Strategic planning ability and outcome-focused approach

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Desire and ability to learn

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including AI-powered programs

  • Ability to travel up to 10%, or as required

It would be useful if you have:

  • Through-the-line marketing expertise, with a priority on digital marketing; a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid search, paid social, display, metasearch, and OTA media; and the ability to guide campaign strategy, interpret performance, and identify optimisation opportunities

  • Experience developing, leading and planning strategies to optimise brand presence on owned and third-party sites

  • Prior experience supporting new hotel openings, pre-opening marketing, or launch-phase brand activations

  • Familiarity with APAC markets, including sensitivity to local market nuances and launch dynamics

  • Experience in agency management or vendor coordination, including photographers, creative agencies and media agencies

  • Experience working on enterprise or transformation initiatives, such as process optimisation, automation, AI-led projects, or tooling implementation

  • Experience operating in a matrixed global organisation

  • Marketing background in luxury, lifestyle or premium brands, where attention to detail and brand consistency are critical

  • Comfort working with frameworks, templates, and playbooks, and contributing to their development or refinement

  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess plans, budgets, or performance at a high level
