Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a manager โ€“ Merchandiser & Commercial - International Market for our leading client in the Retail Fashion & Apparel Industry.

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities:


Critical path management : ensuring stock is monitored and emails answered regularly to ensure on time movement of all components for timely deliveries this includes, checking manuals, inspection reports, forwarder quotes, raising lateness, proposing appropriate actions

Reports : ensuring reports such as pricing reporting, publishing reporting, trading reports are accurately updated

Pricing and replens : ensuring pricing is reviewed for all platforms and prices are adjusted according to performance and ensuring performance is reviewing on all platforms and replenishment is raised - would also need to upload the prices on each platform. Would also need to manage all ongoing promos deadlines with all the different partners

Publishing : taking full responsibility of stock publishing on all platforms and problem solving to ensure on time publishing working with the support team

Warehouse : Would work closely to manage incoming stock and outgoing

Brightpearl : Raise products, Pos, Sos, corrections, debits, reporting etc

Ad Hoc : Would be required to generate line lists for wholesale trade using excel and Claude and in house systems, weekly ad hov reporting which can involve stock reviews, pricing reviews, historical sales, freight reviews, factory debits etc

Leadership : would lead support team in Pakistan on publishing, ad hoc reporting,


  • Take full ownership of the merchandising critical path (CP) from start to finish.
  • Ensure on-time intake, publishing, and stock availability.
  • Identify critical path risks, propose corrective actions, and proactively mitigate risks to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure all critical path data and reports are accurately updated on time.
  • Maintain strong and effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and buying teams.
  • Build strong relationships with buying teams and ensure timely sharing of all relevant information.
  • Track and manage intake and publishing status, ensuring all actions are completed on time.
  • Keep management fully updated on progress, risks, issues, and action plans.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and partners to ensure stock is published and available on time.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to align campaigns and activities with product intake.
  • Conduct regular sales and performance analysis and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Review weekly sales performance and recommend actions to maximize sales and reduce risks.
  • Support seasonal activities including re-coding, re-shooting, promotions, debits, and partner updates.
  • Work closely with partners to maximize sales opportunities and commercial potential.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, reports, and performance trackers.
  • Continuously review and improve systems, processes, and reporting to drive efficiency.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of tasks and ensure successful completion, even when responsibilities are delegated to other team members.
  • Assist in trade show planning and coordination.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure they are fully prepared for incoming stock, outgoing stock, priorities, and required actions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve commercial performance, processes, and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Merchandising, Commercial Operations, Critical Path Management, Retail Fashion, and Apparel.

Candidates must have hands-on experience working with the UK retail market and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, partners, buying teams, and commercial processes effectively.
