Manager of Distribution Technology

SUMMARY: Provide technical support and development for the company’s distribution technology systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES: Support the planning, development, testing, and implementation of functionality and enhancements for the company’s distribution, airport, and reservations technology platform, including reservations systems, departure control systems, baggage handling systems, interline, codeshare, and GDS agency systems, as well as any other public facing and customer facing passenger service systems (PSS) that we may utilize. Assist in the achievement of streamlined processes that promote operational efficiency and enhanced employee and customer interaction with our systems Facilitate good communication with internal and external partners Monitor industry mandates and initiatives to ensure the PSS system is consistent with industry regulations and business needs Demonstrate MOCHA HAGoTDI in all personnel interaction Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Airline experience in the airport or reservations environment with a strong knowledge of airline Passenger Service Systems, particularly Amadeus Proficient technology/computer skills, such as with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to learn and master new skills quickly Well organized and able to prioritize workload Able to communicate effectively with other team members Demonstrates ability to assist peers Patient, enthusiastic, and positive attitude Demonstrates the values of our mission and vision: kindness, respect, teamwork, and the spirit of MOCHA HAGoTDI LOCATION: While our company is based in Hyannis, MA, with primary hub locations at Boston, MA, Billings, MT, San Juan, PR, and St. Thomas, PR, the position can be mostly remote, based anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to our Hyannis headquarters and some of our hubs may be sometimes needed, and so a home/work location in the Northeast US or near one of our hubs would be ideal.
