Schedule: Days | Full-time

• Staff Leadership: Manage reimbursement team operations, hiring, evaluations, and ongoing staff development.

• Systems & Audits: Oversee third-party calculation systems, annual audits, and required financial reporting.

• Compliance & Appeals: Ensure strict accuracy on all third-party filings and coordinate regulatory appeals.

• Expert Liaison: Act as the main resource for internal management, external auditors, and consultants.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Accountant preferred.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
