You Will:

  • Leading the Technical Account Management function across the UK & Ireland, with overall responsibility for the local TAM team and reporting directly to the Managing Director UK&I;

  • Owning the technical strategy, priorities, performance, and development of the UK&I TAM function, ensuring alignment with local commercial objectives;

  • Overseeing the technical launch, delivery, and optimization of advertising campaigns across the UK&I market using Real-Time Bidding (RTB) technology;

  • Leading, coaching, and developing Technical Account Managers, setting clear objectives, standards, and ways of working across the team;

  • Acting as the senior technical partner to Sales and Account Management leadership, supporting complex client opportunities, integrations, and strategic accounts;

  • Collaborating with global technical and product teams to represent UK&I market needs and ensure effective implementation of company-wide initiatives;

  • Developing and improving tools, processes, and procedures to increase the scalability and operational efficiency of the UK&I technical organization;

  • Representing the technical function with key UK&I clients through face-to-face meetings, strategic business reviews, and industry events.

Desired Experience:

  • At least 5+ years of previous experience as a Team Lead, Manager or in a similar role;
  • About 10 years of experience in the digital marketing industry (preferably within retargeting) in technical capacity roles;
  • Good knowledge of online campaign management;
  • Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts;
  • Knowledge of HTML / JavaScript, Google Analytics 4;
  • Native in English language;
  • Willingness to travel as needed, attend in-person meetings, and work from the London office at least once a week.
