About you

Your program leadership, stakeholder engagement and contract management expertise, formed across transport, infrastructure, operations, government or large-scale service delivery environments, including experience delivering complex infrastructure, technology, car parking, access control or operational programs, will see you excel in leading complex programs, managing competing priorities and bringing strategic oversight to delivery outcomes that enhance customer experience and operational performance.

You’re recognised as a collaborative and influential leader, skilled at managing stakeholders, driving contractor performance and navigating complex operational challenges, experienced in overseeing program delivery, managing governance and risk, and delivering outcomes through diverse internal and external partnerships.

You are confident engaging with senior leaders, government stakeholders and delivery partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment across competing priorities.

You enjoy leading teams, developing capability and creating a collaborative environment that supports high performance and successful project delivery.

You are comfortable travelling to Park and Ride locations across Greater Sydney and regional NSW to oversee implementation activities, support operational outcomes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Your ability to hold contractors accountable for performance, monitor KPIs and manage issues proactively ensures commitments are met and customers remain at the centre of decision-making.
