  • Salary between $184,003 - $194,828 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation
  • 20 Month Fixed Term Contract

The team

Registry Connect Is Delivering Targeted Stabilisation And Modernisation Of ASIC's Business Registers, Including Integration With The ATO's ABN And Director ID Registers. Its Five Strategic Objectives Are To

  • Strengthen the security, reliability and performance of ASIC's registry technology.
  • Modernise registers, user channels and interfaces.
  • Improve registry data quality, integrity and connectivity.
  • Enable better registry outcomes through policy and legislative reform.
  • Build enduring capabilities to support future change.

The role

The Program Change Lead provides strategic leadership of change across RegistryConnect, driving a coordinated approach to stakeholder engagement, business readiness, adoption and change delivery to enable sustainable transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing change and learning team.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption through strategic stakeholder engagement and readiness.
  • Own change risk and governance, providing insights to boards and steering committees.
  • Deliver an integrated change approach across people, process and technology impacts.
  • Build change capability across program teams and business stakeholders.
  • Align change across releases, managing dependencies and cumulative impacts.
  • Measure success and optimise outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Coach and empower leaders to confidently lead change.

About You

You will ideally have experience delivering large, complex digital and business transformations. Government sector experience will be highly regarded. In addition you will have experience with the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Communications or related discipline highly regarded.
  • PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success leading change for large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and PRINCE2 delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end change management and adoption strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capability, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Azure DevOps and SharePoint advantageous.
