Front Office Sports is seeking a Manager, Partnership Marketing to support the planning, production, and execution of integrated brand partnerships across the Front Office Sports ecosystem.
This role will manage branded content campaigns across video, social, editorial, events, and digital media, independently leading smaller programs while supporting the execution of larger, more complex productions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, entrepreneurial problem-solver and project manager with strong creative instincts, a solid understanding of content production, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. This person thrives under pressure and can navigate multiple workstreams simultaneously. They can find solutions that balance client needs with creative integrity and business objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Partnership Marketing, this role requires someone who can operate autonomously, build strong relationships across teams, and recognize when to elevate challenges or decisions to leadership.
Key Responsibilities

- Own campaign timelines, deliverables, production briefs, budgets, and project documentation, ensuring programs remain on schedule and aligned with partner objectives
- Work collaboratively across Creative Strategy, Multimedia, Account Management, Sales, and external production partners to drive projects forward and deliver high-quality work
- Proactively identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and develop thoughtful solutions, knowing when to make decisions independently and when to escalate to leadership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Creative & Production
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to translate approved concepts into actionable production plans, with a strong understanding of the Front Office Sports brand, audience, and social-first content strategy
- Develop production briefs, creative feedback, talent materials, and other documentation to guide content execution
- Support pre-production planning and onsite execution, including talent coordination, production logistics, vendor management, and shoot operations
- Manage creative review and approval processes, consolidating feedback and ensuring content meets both FOS standards and partner expectations
- Bring a strong creative point of view and production knowledge, identifying opportunities to strengthen storytelling, content quality, and overall execution
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact for assigned campaigns as needed, confidently leading communications, status updates, creative reviews, and approvals
- Build strong working relationships across internal departments, external partners, talent representatives, and clients to facilitate collaboration and drive projects forward
- Navigate competing feedback and priorities, finding creative compromises that balance client objectives with the FOS brand, audience, and production realities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing thoughtful recommendations and managing expectations
- Partner with Account Management to ensure campaigns fulfill contracted objectives and support strong client relationships
Budget, Performance & Operations
- Manage assigned production budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to maximize resources while maintaining content quality
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including timelines, deliverables, client feedback, approvals, and launch schedules
- Collaborate with Account Management, Audience, and Ad Operations teams to monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead post-campaign reporting, recaps, and case studies, translating campaign results into actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and increase operational efficiency across the team
Travel: Approximately 25–30% for productions, events, and partner activations
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 4–6 years of experience in branded content, integrated marketing, content production, or campaign management, ideally at a digital-first publisher, media company, or creative agency
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think critically, navigate ambiguity, and develop creative, practical solutions under pressure
- Strong understanding of content production workflows, terminology, and processes, including pre-production, shoots, post-production, and creative approvals
- Strong creative instincts and editorial judgment, with an understanding of how to develop content that aligns with a publisher's brand, audience, and partner objectives
