Pay Range :$110K-$125K /Yr Base + Annual Bonus

Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Payments Risk & Analytics professional to support regulatory and risk initiatives within the card payments ecosystem. The role will focus on translating regulatory guidance into actionable reporting, analytics, controls, and monitoring frameworks.

  • Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts on payments and settlement processes.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret data to develop dashboards, reports, and ongoing monitoring solutions.
  • Define business requirements and document processes, controls, and procedures.
  • Design and implement control frameworks and automated control monitoring.
  • Partner with business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams to support regulatory programs.
  • Present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Payments, Risk, Analytics, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced data analysis experience.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience in control design, risk monitoring, and governance.

Preferred Domain Expertise

  • Card payments and network settlement.
  • Issuer, Acquirer, and Card Network operations.
  • Settlement, reconciliation, and payment operations.
  • Regulatory compliance and operational risk management.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert regulatory requirements into scalable monitoring and reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in payments and settlement processes.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across the US and India.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
