Manager – Pentesting / Red Team

We are looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals with strong hands-on backgrounds in Penetration Testing and Offensive Security. Candidates will be evaluated for one of two senior tracks depending on their experience: Manager, Pentesting or Manager, Red Team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on penetration testing across Web Applications, APIs, networks, infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Identify exploitable vulnerabilities, security gaps and attack paths through manual testing and validation.
• Plan and execute offensive security assessments and Red Team exercises.
• Document findings with evidence, business impact, reproducible steps and remediation recommendations.
• Support remediation and retesting activities with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in scoping, rules of engagement and planning of security assessments.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Use scripting and automation to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Penetration Testing / Offensive Security.
• Experience with Web, API, Network and Infrastructure Security.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES and related offensive security methodologies.
• Experience with Python, Bash and/or PowerShell.
• Strong analytical, documentation and client-facing communication skills.
• English B2+ or equivalent functional technical proficiency.

Track 1 – Manager, Pentesting | Req. 845

• 5+ years of hands-on Penetration Testing experience.
• Strong experience across Web, API, Network, Infrastructure and Cloud Pentesting.
• Manual exploitation and validation experience beyond automated vulnerability scanning.
• Experience leading or owning assessments end-to-end is highly valued.
• Offensive security certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, OSCE or similar are desirable.

Track 2 – Manager, Red Team | Req. 803

• 4+ years of practical Cybersecurity experience with strong exposure to Penetration Testing and Red Team.
• Hands-on experience in Red Team / adversary simulation.
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, PTES and NIST.
• Network Security and Cloud Security fundamentals.
• AI Red Teaming / LLM Security experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience with Prompt Injection, data poisoning, model evasion or AI adversarial testing is considered a plus.
