Who we are

At Sonova, we envision a world where everyone can enjoy the delight of hearing. This vision inspires us and fuels our commitment to developing innovative solutions that improve hearing health and human connection - from personal audio devices and wireless communication systems to hearing aids and cochlear implants. We're dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences through our global audiological care services, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage fully with the world around them.

Here you’ll find a diverse range of opportunities that span both consumer and medical solutions and the freedom to shape your career while making an impact on the lives of others. Join us in our mission to create a more connected world, where every voice is heard and every story matters.

As Manager – Pricing & Revenue Management (m/f/d), you will play a key role in executing and optimizing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability and competitive positioning.

Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Revenue Management, you will combine strong analytical capabilities with market and competitive insights to support effective price setting and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to ensure pricing strategies reflect business objectives, customer needs and changing market dynamics.

This role offers the opportunity to influence commercial performance by translating pricing data, market intelligence and customer behavior into actionable recommendations and effective pricing execution.

More about the role:

  • Execute and optimize pricing strategies in line with business objectives, profitability targets, competitive positioning and evolving market conditions.
  • Manage the price-setting process for products and services and maintain pricing models to ensure accuracy, consistency and responsiveness to market developments.
  • Generate market and competitive insights through ongoing research, industry benchmarking and analysis of pricing trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer pricing sensitivity and purchasing behavior to strengthen value-based pricing and support data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Monitor pricing performance and effectiveness, assessing the impact of pricing changes on sales, revenue and margins and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop pricing reports, dashboards and actionable insights for senior leadership, using analytics to support decision-making and performance management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance to implement pricing strategies, align with value propositions and promotional activities, and assess financial impact.
  • Support pricing governance and compliance, helping develop and enforce pricing policies while ensuring consistent execution across regions and business segments and alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

More about you:

  • University degree in Economics, Business or a related discipline; an advanced degree, MBA or relevant professional pricing qualification such as CPP is an advantage.
  • 3–4 years of relevant pricing experience, with strong capabilities in price setting, market and competitive analysis, pricing performance and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to quickly assess complex information, draw fact-based conclusions and translate analysis into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Demonstrated project management and lateral leadership capabilities, including experience leading initiatives across functions, building stakeholder alignment and driving change rather than contributing solely as a subject-matter expert.
  • A hands-on, action-oriented and results-focused approach, combined with strong process improvement, business transformation and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively across different functions and seniority levels and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English and strong Microsoft Office skills; additional languages and experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW, Cognos, Power BI, Analytics Cloud or comparable analytics tools are valuable.
  • Experience in industries with comparable distribution structures and price negotiations is advantageous, as is consulting experience and Lean or Lean Six Sigma training, particularly from a project leadership perspective.
